Costco is recalling Kirkland Signature Severe Cold & Flu Plus Congestion (item #1729556 ) over possible contamination with foreign material.

The recall affects lot code P140082, sold in Midwest and Southeast locations between Oct. 30 and Nov. 30, 2024.

Stop using it and return it to Costco for a full refund.
