Welcome to HapThat ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the HapThat website located at HapThat.com (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Site.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit to HapThat. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Site and our business.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Posting or transmitting any content that contains pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit material. Such content is strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately if you violate this policy.
Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Site in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping".
Using any automated system, including without limitation "robots", "spiders", "offline readers", etc., to access the Site.
Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email.
Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Site.
Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Site.
Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Site.
Using the Site for any commercial solicitation purposes.
Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity.

6. Freedom of Speech

HapThat is committed to supporting freedom of speech. You are free to express your opinions and share information about oppressed people and causes, including but not limited to discussions about the situation in Palestine. We believe in the importance of allowing users to discuss and bring attention to social justice issues. However, please ensure that your content does not violate any of the prohibited activities listed in Section 5.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Site is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HapThat, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Site; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojans, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Site by any third party; and/or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
