A terrifying scene straight out of a horror movie unfolded in Kansas when a babysitter investigating a “monster” under the bed discovered a man hiding there instead.
The man, identified as Martin Villalobos Jr., was subject to a protection from abuse order and had previously lived at the residence.
After a brief struggle, Villalobos fled but was later apprehended by authorities.
He faces multiple charges, including aggravated kidnapping, child endangerment, and violation of the protection order.
He’s being held in $500k bond.
