An Iraqi man fearing heโll be murdered over a failed TikTok relationship has won an appeal to have his UK asylum case reheard.
He claims the family of a woman he proposed to threatened to kill him after they were seen together - despite only meeting 3 times in 18 months.
A judge had rejected his original claim as "incredible" and "fabricated," citing lack of proof and cultural inconsistencies.
But the Upper Tribunal ruled the decision was legally flawed and ordered a fresh hearing.
