Foreign Ministry Spokesman, Esmaeil Baghaei:
“Based on Oman’s suggestion and the agreement of U.S. and Iranian delegations, the technical consultation meeting, in the framework of indirect talks between the two sides, that was supposed to take place on Wednesday… has been moved to Saturday.”
The meeting now lines up with a fresh round of high-level talks in Oman.
Iran’s FM Araqchi says they’ve started sketching out a deal after “very good progress” in Rome. The U.S. agrees — cautiously.
