Big move out of New York: Judge Mary Rosado just blocked the plan to open a new ICE office at Rikers Island.
This all ties back to accusations that Trump and Eric Adams cut a backroom deal after Adams' charges got dropped.
The City Council says it’s a "corrupt bargain," and now everything’s on hold until at least May 29.
For now, no ICE at Rikers—and no easy path for mass deportations through the prison system.
