🇫🇷 FRANCE WANTS TO DELETE A THIRD OF ITS GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO SAVE CASH

The French government just announced it’s planning to merge or axe a third of its agencies by the end of the year — basically hitting Ctrl+Alt+Delete on a ton of paperwork factories.

They say it could save 2–3 billion euros, because apparently running thousands of mini-offices costs actual money (shocker).

France is scrambling to shrink its budget deficit before the EU yells at them — and yeah, slashing 40 billion euros next year is kinda the goal.
