ROBOT CARS GO TO DRIVING SCHOOL

MIT just dropped a full-on fake city so robot cars can practice driving without turning into flaming wrecks.

The cars are learning how to stop at lights, dodge crashes, and basically act like they’ve passed driver’s ed—unlike half the people on real roads.

If they pull it off, these little nerdmobiles might replace human drivers altogether.
