Remember the CNN video of Clarissa Ward supposedly rescuing a Syrian named "Adel Gharbal", claiming he was arrested & hadn’t seen the daylight for 3 months?
➡️ Well, the CNN story was fabricated.
According to a research, they found out that the real name of the man is "Salama Mohammad Salama”. Salama, known as "Abu Hamza," was a rogue officer notorious for his activities in Homs. The residents of the Al-Bayyada neighborhood identified him as frequently stationed at a checkpoint in the area’s western entrance, infamous for asking bribes etc.
Clarissa is the same CNN journalist who amplified the fake claim of the 40 beheaded babies by Hamas, she also amplified the claim that Hamas “misfired” a rocket killing hundreds of Palestinians in a Gaza hospital back in 17th of October, 2023.
