A federal judge has ruled in favor of the Associated Press, blocking the Trump White House from banning reporters based on editorial choices.
The AP was denied access after refusing to call the Gulf of Mexico the “Gulf of America.”
Judge McFadden:
If the gov’t opens the door to some journalists, it can’t shut it on others just because of their views.
