A woman in New York had a paternity test done to find out who the father of her baby was.

The test said it wasn’t her fiancé — so, heartbroken and confused, she chose to have an abortion at 20 weeks.

Months later, the lab told her there had been a mistake — the test was wrong. Her fiancé was the father.

Now, she’s suing the labs involved and says the mistake destroyed her relationship and left her grieving her baby.
