Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty just handed Minnesota state employee Dylan Bryan Adams a get-out-of-jail-free card after he caused $20,000 in damage to six Tesla vehicles - avoiding criminal charges through "diversion" while keeping his government paycheck.
Former Minnesota gubernatorial candidate Kendall Qualls:
"In Tim Walz's Minnesota, there is a two-tiered justice system that does everything possible to protect Democrats"
The decision flies directly in the face of the FBI and Justice Department's nationwide classification of Tesla vandalism as "domestic terrorism," and comes weeks after Governor Walz publicly celebrated Tesla stock drops.
Republicans note the attacks began the same day Walz made his anti-Tesla comments at a Wisconsin event.
