🔁Mario Nawfal:
🚨🇷🇺🇸🇾 RUSSIA QUIETLY SLIPS OUT OF SYRIA AFTER ASSAD’S FALL
Russia is hastily packing up after rebels toppled Bashar al-Assad.
Satellite images from Maxar show two Antonov AN-124s, among the largest cargo planes in the world, stationed at the Hmeimim air base.
Their nose cones are open, loading equipment, including a Ka-52 attack helicopter being dismantled for transport and parts of the advanced S-400 air defense system.
Guess even Russia knows when it’s time to cut its losses.
At Tartous, Russia’s naval base remains untouched, with two frigates offshore.
The UK's Channel 4 spotted a convoy of 150+ military vehicles hitting the road in what looks like a very “let’s-make-this-look-organized” retreat.
The Kremlin claims it’s focused on “securing bases and missions,” but after decades of propping up Assad, this exit feels less like a dignified departure and more like sneaking out before the lights come on.
