If your clean energy project hasn’t broken ground yet... bad news.
The latest Senate bill raises taxes on all wind and solar builds unless they’re up and running by the end of 2027 and can prove zero Chinese materials were used.
After that? A new tax kicks in for any project that can’t clear that bar.
