After a 12-day war with Iran, Netanyahu says new chances have popped up, including getting hostages back from Gaza.
He now says freeing the 50 hostages still held by Hamas is the top priority, something families have waited nearly 2 years to hear.
Netanyahu:
"Many opportunities have opened up now following this victory, many opportunities.
First of all, to rescue the hostages.
Of course we will also have to solve the Gaza issue, to defeat Hamas, but I estimate that we will achieve both tasks."
Only 20 are believed to be alive, and a deal could involve a 60-day ceasefire and prisoner swap.
Hamas says it’s ready to talk again, but only if the war ends and Israel pulls out.
