The Israeli airstrike on Hezbollah’s underground HQ, located beneath residential buildings and next to a UN-run school in Beirut, killed over 20 top operatives, including leader Hassan Nasrallah.
The strike took out key Hezbollah figures:
- Ali Karaki, Southern Front commander
- Ibrahim Hussein Jazini, Nasrallah’s security chief
- Samir Tawfik Diab, Nasrallah's advisor
- Ali Nawaf Ayoub, responsible for firepower
The loss of leadership is a major blow to the group’s operations.
