unconfirmed reports suggest that the Israeli Air Force targeted Zakaria Bazz, a senior member of al-Jama’a al-Islamiya (the Islamic Group), in the Cola Neighborhood of Central Beirut.

Simultaneously, extensive airstrikes have also been reported in the Beqaa Valley of Eastern Lebanon.
