🚨🇹🇷BREAKING: 4 KILLED IN HORROR HOSPITAL HELICOPTER CRASH

A medical helicopter crashed moments after takeoff near the Muğla Training and Research Hospital in Turkey.

The helicopter struck the hospital before plummeting to the ground, killing all 4 people on board.

The aircraft was operating for the Turkish Ministry of Health. 

Investigations into the cause of the crash are underway.
