This holiday season, Democrats (61%) and Independents (60%) are more likely to find family gatherings stressful.
Republicans? Only 39% feel the same, probably because they’re basking in post-election vibes.
Nearly 1 in 5 Democrats (17%) admit their emotional health is in the dumps, compared to just 7% of Republicans.
Still, 84% of Americans claim their emotional well-being is “good.” Guess we’re all faking it ‘til we make it.
Meanwhile, a Harris Poll shows 2 in 5 adults under 44 are skipping family get-togethers over political drama.
But for those braving the turkey table, 72% just want to dodge politics altogether. Pass the gravy, not the grievances.
