🇺🇸 SUPREME COURT TAKES ON EXPLOSIVE TRANSGENDER SPORTS CASE

SCOTUS will decide whether states can ban transgender athletes from playing on girls’ school sports teams.

West Virginia and Idaho want to enforce laws that define teams by “biological sex,” blocking male-born athletes from competing in female sports.

Lower courts had blocked those bans, saying they may violate the Constitution and civil rights laws.

Now, 27 states have similar laws, and this ruling could affect all of them.

The court will hear arguments this fall.
