Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene said she’s drafting the “Making American Elections Great Again Act.”
The bill would require proof of U.S. citizenship to vote in federal elections, and trigger a new U.S. Census that only counts citizens for apportioning House seats.
She says Trump is fully on board.
Under current laws, non-citizens - including illegal immigrants - are counted in the census, which affects House seats and Electoral College votes.
MTG calls it a “national security issue.” Democrats call it disenfranchisement.
