Lula told a bunch of South American leaders they should start vibing with Asia, calling it the “dynamic center” of the global economy.

He namedropped China, Japan, India, Vietnam, South Korea, and Indonesia as the cool kids Mercosur should hang out with.

He says this will help the region get a bigger slice of global trade.

But here’s the thing: Lula can’t even get full control at home.

And Mercosur? Kinda falling apart like a group project with no leader.
