Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan revealed Iran's nuclear facilities were "largely damaged and rendered unusable" by U.S. strikes.
Hakan Fidan (Turkish Foreign Minister):
"It is clear that as a result of the military operation carried out by the United States, the nuclear facilities in Iran have been largely damaged and rendered unusable"
Fidan warned the current ceasefire is "based on the assumption that nuclear capabilities have been eliminated" but the region must stay alert for renewed attacks.
Turkey offers to mediate U.S.-Iran negotiations, with Fidan suggesting compromise possible on nuclear issues after the strikes.
He cautioned against demands for Iran's "total surrender" beyond nuclear matters.
